Registration is now open for the Fall 2024 Session. The first night will be August 27. Usual time: 6pm.

Fill out the on-line form under the Registration tab. Or, come to the shelter on the hill north of the fishing dock at Claremore Lake to fill out the paper registration form.

It will likely be hot. Keep up with our FaceBook group for weather updates. But, be aware as a general rule, if the heat index or “feels like” temperature is over 100, we’ll not have the organized workout.

As always, monitor your body to determine what you should do outside on these hot days of August.
