First Workout of spring session!
Tuesday, March 10th, 6 p.m. – Claremore High School Track OR 6:30 p.m at Chelsea High School Track
This activity will help us place participants into like fitness level groups AND is part of the program’s evaluation. You will be able to register for the spring season online or at this workout and any other workout until March 19th.
When you arrive, please stop at the table to sign-in or register. EVERY PARTICIPANT MUST BE REGISTERED. After you sign-in at the table, go directly to a mentor waiting on the track and get an index card – the mentor will write your name on it and the time you begin – carry the card while you walk or walk/run 4 laps (or less if needed) – when you are finished with your last lap look at the clock, remember the time, give your card to a mentor and tell them the time (and # of laps if less than 4). You are then finished with the first workout!
Meet at Claremore Lake (first shelter on left from entrance) at 6 p.m. OR Chelsea High School at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 12th and every Tuesday and Thursday through May 14th for the rest of the group workouts. LET’S GET THIS WORKOUT STARTED!!!
