Workouts begin Tuesday, March 12th, 6:00 p.m. at Claremore Lake, last shelter (across the lake from the boat/fishing dock).
12 week progressive schedule with workouts every Tuesday and Thursday. Groups for all fitness levels. Improved health, incentives, friendship, encouragement, and FUN!
